Existing robot name + thesaurus = winning.
EXAMPLE:
Chaos = Bedlam / Snarl / Maelstrom
Storm = Tempest / Hurricane / Whirlwind
X-Terminator (exterminate) = Decimator / Eradicator / Eraser
Napalm = Torpedo / Cannonball / Bullet
And so on and so forth.
Add various extra adjectives and suchlike, and you're well on the way.
