Only got one bot to showcase this month, Thistle 2. Abit messy in areas but overall not too bad considering what I was trying to put into 250kg. Current WIP: WWRA2 entry

Nice, I love the "Lilly's Thoughts" section of the splashes. Nice to get an opinion from the tournament host.
It was inspired by the Orc's thoughts part of the OW4 splashes.

Crap, I better enter something fast!
Did you not read the giant bold text that says to not build yet?
Oops, too late, built a bot already. Oh well.
Anyways, can I sign up for the tourney? This tournament's team concept is interesting to me.
Yeah but the point of the tourney is that you build after signing up. You get into teams and discuss among yourselves what bot type each person is gonna do and then build a bot accordingly. Coming in with a bot pre built doesn't really work.
Yeah, sorry. I'm not used to this type of format. So, where do we discuss team stuffs?
It's fine DW about it. Each team will likely get put into discord groups if it's like last time, where they can discuss what bot types each person wants to do and share pics of builds in progress to get advice and feedback and stuff
Just wondering, how is it determined who's in which team?

I've changed some of the battle rules regarding KOs and retakes to hopefully make the fight quality higher than it would otherwise be.

Signups have now been open for a month, and you are now allowed up to three entries if you want. Third entry must be a different category from your other two. I did consider closing categories that have four or more entries already, but won't for now as I don't have enough feedback to know if that's a good or bad idea.

Best New Tournament Host: Nabi(2) / Nicky(5) / ForceOfWill / Lilly / SamFM / Cringey
Surprised that anyone would vote for me on that after extreme build rules.

We're past halfway through the heats as Heat E is now up! ^_^
Fight Summaries:
Eliminator 1:A quick, simple fight for Microburst while eBay Atomic managed to survive the battle in rather surprising fashion. Fancy Meat Computer didn't do a whole lot of anything while Bloodshot rocketed off, never to be seen again until the losers' rumble. Eliminator 2:A very, very good display for Furious Wasp there, where it ripped into all 'bots and managed to become the last 'bot standing in the melee. Schweinehund was barely saved by its batteries that lasted just that little bit longer over Tri-Tac-Ton, while Blasting Cap was torn apart. Simple stuff. Losers Rumble:Yep, Bloodshot ran rampant after its loss, didn't it. Fancy Meat Computer was rendered completely destroyed, Tri-Tac-Ton ran out of power again and Blasting Cap was ripped to pieces and killed again. This one was also rather havok-prone, which is something I'm repeating a lot, aren't I? :P Winners Rumble:The 'bot I thought would win it, Microburst, was the only one to go out, so that was surprising. Aside from that, a really good tussle between the remaining 3 'bots ended in a close-ish judges' decision.
Damage: Furious Wasp unsurprisingly got the damage point, while Schweinehund got the remaining point because it was less heavily damaged. Furious Wasp 2, Schweinehund 1. Aggression: This was easy enough, Schweinehund got the point for staying on the 'bots most of the time while eBay Atomic got the minor half-point. Schweinehund 1, eBay Atomic 1/2. Control: I gave the points to Schweinehund again while eBay Atomic proved itself more controlled throughout the battle. Schweinehund 2, eBay Atomic 1. Overall, 4 to Schweinehund, 2 to Furious Wasp and 1.5 to eBay Atomic. Another surprising semi-finalist. Final Showdown:Microburst managed to do very well as it was the main reason why eBay Atomic died while Furious Wasp lost its wheel thanks to Bloodshot. Heavy damage was dealt to Microburst, but it wasn't enough for it to lose the judges' decision as it controlled Bloodshot and was far more aggressive overall. Overall Thoughts:This also wasn't a bad heat, with a drum spinner and a rear-hinge adding themselves to the semi-finals to further diversify the lineup. Microburst proved itself well, and I was even more shocked that Schweinehund was the 'bot to go 2-0 in this heat. Hopefully Heat F keeps up the chaotic carnage. ^_^
HEAT F COMING SOON... I was expecitng Schweinehund to go 0-2 by getting ripped apart by spinners and running out of power in both fights. Nice surprise to see it coming out of the heat w/ the opposite record.

Final update of the year, got three new bots to showcase. First up, a bot that's intentionally sh** (and prolly the worst bot I've built), Beijing Streets, bot for Kelimpel's XTRA tournament where I just took the piss. Next up, the first of all the extenderbots I've built that has a more complex shape to it, No Hammers No Beans 2. The 2 NPC fasts as its drive is a typo, it actually has 4. To finish things off, my first OBJ bot, Topaz, which has already won a tournament. Planned builds for new year: Heatwave 3, Thistle 2, Deeper Blood, Schweinehund 2 I also plan on making some changes to Circuit Breaker and Slem & Slam in the new year.

Checkmat3 being entered and accepted means there will be reserves for exhibitions if there's more than one excess bot, four spinners out of those accepted will be selected to take part in the main competition and any others relegated to reserves, Eco-Unfri3ndly means the minimum required number of flippers has also been reached.
