get a fitting skin at least man
it's not bad but I'm also a bit worried about those plow substitutes getting removed easy. plows have high fracture and these don't. 2263

yeah just rebuild the chassis a tiny bit to make room for astros or something. Just a trapezoid with the larger side in the back should be perfect. so not like |__|, but like \__/
it's not exactly a big deal, the chassis is just a simple box 2265

do you even need ballasts at all in this design? it would move faster with less weight which is important on a rammer
ballasts are more valuable on VS and flipper and stuff which are inherently more unstable 2266
Ironforge TC Showcases / Re: Ecolusian's Ironforge Showcase« on: August 05, 2015, 12:37:14 PM »
its a much better design than the last
you also don't necessarily need the chassis to match the piston in the back, pistons can go through chassis. It's not a big deal either way you choose but it might save up some weight if you need it. 2267

piglets are not drive motors, they have lots of speed but extremely low torque

boby its kind of neat but it looks a bit weak for the pack
it does need a new chassis, nary is right. hammers need a buttload of front armor 2269

trinity is illegal in IF
you really cant do a trinity with that drive and piston anyway. The weapon setup does seem a bit narrow though, I imagine it is difficult to hit opponents? And you still have about 15kg left over, you can always add more armor or weapons or something. Pretty much always build to the weight limit. 2272

snow job feels lost without a plow man, maybe you can sneak one on each side of the wheels... and I feel that big dog with that dinky chassis is just weird.
I mean the bots are fine but they seem a little off as a remake imo. 2273

also ninja's probably always going to have difficulty launching stuff because the ninja star hitboxes are circles, doesn't really have any teeth to grab and fling things. It might work better as kind of a drum grinder than full-on VS.
and if you go for that specific berserker design make sure the wheels are pretty far inward, I can't tell you how many times they get taken off if they go past the disk. 2277

I've linked people files I use on occasion but never really had a dedicated thread. I'll update it if I ever put something new up on the first post.
Feel free to use any of these, I don't need credit. Just don't claim them as your own. Reier skins pack 1 I use them on most robots because I'm lazy. They're all the same pattern with different hues but are aesthetically pleasing and work better as a 'fill all' instead of each panel imo. ![]() ![]() Colorful metal chassis textures 21 real metal textures I've found. For the person who wants a colorful bot with a more realistic look to the paint job. I did not take the photos myself, I only converted them to work in RA2, therefore I claim no credit. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Bionicle Heroes Music>>>WARNING: 448 MB! <<< I claim no ownership on this but it's really catchy music and several people already use it on tournaments (looking at you GK). Don't resale blah blah use common sense. Several tracks are really good for finals and stuff. I've used it several times myself and it's solid music. Most tracks also loop. The file size is enormous because its 31 .wav files which are pretty big. The files in the game were .wav and I likely won't make them .mp3 because they will lose quality and it would take forever to convert them. Example track 1 / 2 if i add something else i'll let you know ![]() 2279
