Favoritism with wedges, but other than that it's nice. That because most of the DSL stock AI bots do need wedges to be really good. There will be more wedgeless bots (SnS and HS notably) in future releases. Edit: Hmm...I can't seem to open the bots in the robot designs folder... So they work as AI but you can't get them in the bot lab?

HOW CAN YOU PARTICIPATE?
You can participate on three things:
If you submit a complete team, send me your entries in form of a RAR containing:
-your six bot files
-the team .bmp pic.
-a txt file, with team name, team motto and the bindings.
Please have a try at AI-ing your bots, but if you really can't i will AI them for you. Also i will mod the bindings of a bot if it doesn't works right.
If you submit a bot that will replace a replica, just send me the bot with the (optional) bindings. You can always submit several replica replacements of course.
If you submit a rebuild of an old DSL AI bot, just send me the bot. You can always submit several AI rebuilds of course.
You are obviously not limited to participating in just one of these. You can perfectly submit just one bot (and i will be thankful for that), or submit 4 personal teams and rebuild 1 complete team (that makes 30 bots... but i'm not asking you that!).

NAR AI 2020 WORK IN PROGRESSOne of the biggest DSL AI packs, and one of the most influential too, the "Starcore AI pack of DSL". NAR AI is a DSL Standard AI pack, currently being rebuilt for DSL 2.1. It improves the bots original DSL teams, removes replicas, and adds user-created teams. -This is a DSL Standard pack. There are minimum building skill limits : if you are new to RA2, it is best to get help from skilled Standard builders before you sent bots. -Allowed weightclasses: AW, BW LW, MW, HW, SHW. If your bot isn't one of the standard three weightclasses, please put "(weight class here)-(your bot name here)" as your bot name, much like in Starcore. -I heavily suggest you start your team with a LW, a MW and a HW, for weightclass balance purposes. This is not compulsory but it's something I would appreciate -All bots must be built in DSL 2.1. That obviously means no cheatbot2 and custom components. That also means no custom skins, for now (they might be allowed in the future) -Rule of 7 breaker is allowed. You may NOT use the no-collision and attach anywhere features. -All standard DSL-S rules apply. https://gametechmods.com/forums/discussion/dsl-standard-ruleset-discussion/-BFE is ALLOWED, but within the standards of those rules. (in a nutshell : you cannot use BFE to make something that would be impossible to do in the bot lab.) NAR AI Current Version : v2020
Right now I am trying to rebuild all the old DSL teams, Red Zone to Arthrobotics. Which means no builder teams yet (that will be later) : you can help me rebuild old bots according to their team's themes, and improve the old DSL bots.
Provide fitting skins. I have very low capacity for skinning, so I can't skin for you.
You need not AI your bots, but I will appreciate it.
Black means the slot is free. Yellow means it is claimed, but no build has been done. Orange means it has been built, but is not yet finished, or not accepted, or not received, or must be rebuilt. Red means the bot has been received and accepted.
