dat ultra metallicus tho

(Seriously that's an awesome design, I've built a similar spinner before and that type of disc is really powerful.)

Also good to see that The Chaos Engine is the only robot of its kind in the event. Against Clickbeetle I expect a repeat of BattleBots 9 and by that I mean he will win because my proof of concepts don't fight well.  :gawe:
Your design is definitely unique, dude. You'll know the victor soon as the videos are uploading to YouTube as I type this out.

No, its not my mouse sensitivity. On lowest it still goes right when ment to be up. down causes left, right goes up and left goes down.
Check your mouse settings and set them to default just in case anything has changed there. I know there is a feature that allows the mouse to be inverted but this is the first I've heard of up going right, right going up, etc.

I don't think I will be having anymore entries, so I will make an SBV thread in a bit, so this tournament should be completed by today. If not today, definitely tomorrow.

You have to remember, they're paying completely out of pocket for the "privilege" of being your entertainment, with no realistic expectation of any monetary compensation.  How arrogant does that sound to you?
They gave out money prizes, but couldn't say they did because it was taxpayers money. They were allowed to say that there was a cash prize when Robot Wars moved to Channel Five because that operates differently.
Depended on what place they came though because I think you got 50 quid just for taking part. But, 50 quid would have been much less than the robot's cost in most cases, so Resetti's point still stands. Considering the money you got for taking part, the 101 team must've got their money's worth, eh?

(Image removed from quote.)

I'm using my Uria OTK against his Defense Damage OTK or whatever he wants to call it. 3 cards left, I FINALLY summon Uria and he hits me with JUST ENOUGH defense boosts to win.

He now owns my sides.
21000 atk for Uria and 29600 def for my monster! Awesome.

It was cool dueling ya, Martin.

I just thought I would record the tie breaker:

Dude... I really don't want this up to be honest. I may sound like a pussy, but my deck was nooby (thanks to the AUTO DEFAULT Deck thing).
May I ask you to put it on private? If not, possibly just giving me the video instead?
What video?
The Tie breaker... I don't really want that on youtube.
I know... It's a joke... Because it's taken down.

Surely you only needed the 'Srimech' command on the controls and it would have worked perfectly well on Omni.py.

Steel Of San Antonio 2.0 Looks really scary.
Also I'm starting to fear for what happens if you get under WilliamJones. What does he hide?!
Nothing. However, if one were to get under the mighty williamjones, then his great weight will crash down on your bot, causing an automatic KO.

Is having more than one bot something i can do without needing higher permission?
It was needed to be stated in the rules before it went to signups, so you'll need the  :thumbup  from Craaig now, I think.
