Is there any way you can make the screenshots bigger, hard to see without straining the eyes.

A robot between 399.1kg and 600kg I believe. There should be other posts on here stating so.

I would say that cheatbot2 parts are banned just to make it an even playing field, I will add that to the description

Starting from Christmas Day, 12 Days of RA2 will take place. Christmas themed robots will have to be made, (whether it's a red, white and green colour scheme or the robot has a christmas related name). This mini series is a series of tournaments, working a bit like Robot Wars Extreme and having a new style of battle each day. All competitions will happen in the Robot Wars 2016 arena.
Game - DSL 2.2 Realistic Rule - IRL Rule of seven break and CF and BFE is allowed, but no other external editing. No cheatbot2 parts either to keep the matches fair. I can AI but if you have specific smart zones or bindings you want to use message them over. You can enter a maximum of four tournaments, so chose which ones you want to enter wisely. Any vacant spots will be filled in by one of my mediocore machines. You may enter the same robot in multiple events, (for example a spinner entered in heavyweight tournament and spinner showdown). Entries start from now until the 12th of December, giving two weeks to enter and two weeks for me to record the battles.
Good luck!

You'll need more disc support, more powerful drive motors. Overall I'd just shrink the chassis size and make it more simplistic.
Yeah that's the point, I wanted a larger chassis to make a nice custom texture on it, otherwise there isn't much room to play around with designs Edit: I want to try something. As I'm stuck and what I should do for my next robot and want to expand my skills further, can you guys give me criteria for a robot, (e.g CW, 2WD Vertical Spinner using a belt drive and ripping teeth). Just something new I wanna try and would spice things up a little, otherwise imma make the same bots and same mistakes over and over.

I went less extender crazy and made a bigger chassis because I want to give it a custom texture. It works decently but is quite exposed due to little extenders, but I mainly made this just to finally show a spinner that looks attached to a frame.

Wow! Was the decal BFE or a custom component?

Floral Fury looks sick, like Nuts but better designed. The spinner looks rad too.

I decided to move away from the boxy designs and try for the first time to make a robot with more a more interesting shape suggested by one of the replies. The spinner launches the robots quite well and drives just as good too. It's one of the most enjoyable ones I have made. I know the armour panels could be a bit better and enclose the robot a bit more but I like it like that as it shows off the dark red extenders and it gives it a frame look.

With the spare few kg's you have there, having something like blue 40cm aluminium extenders covering the wheels may be a decent shout. Not much protection, but better than nothing and making the most of the weight limit.

What's in the box at the tail. 2 other things, I would recommend making the wedge so it reaches the corners of the main body then add armour panels. It'd look a lot better. I also think that a double side pickaxe would be enough for the weapon. maybe a gothic axes if you have the weight.
It's the burst piston for the axe, and the whole thing is already armour panels
What burst is it?
Medium VDMA

Technowrath looks ****ing sweet.
It reminds me of a front-hinged Grim Reaper from Series 7, looks rad

As my previous axebot, Domination, had really bad armour work as it was my very early days working with this version of the game, I made a new axebot originally gonna be called Domination 2.0, but decided to give it a completely new name. I would show the internals, apart from the chassis is not to be seen. It's certainly an improvement to Domination.

Spent a couple of days thinking of some fresh ideas and have built a lot of new bots, some decent and some not so decent. However my latest Heavyweight I'm liking a lot. The flipper is designed so robots ramp up it halfway and then get stuck, so they can be pushed near an arena side wall and get flipped out. Two medium pistons were used which give it good power and the overall shape of the robot seems quite cool to me. I'm definitely getting a better grip with the extenders now. I think. I hope.
