Was a great final
Quaterfinals:
Yeti vs Chomp; not surprised by the winner Chomp flailing around like normal like a fish out of water held up well, I wanted chomp to get ripped to bits the hits that chomp did looked ineffective.
Beta vs Tombstone; This was a great match sad about beta losing but once its weapon got knocked out it was always up against it feel like beta would of had trouble against yeti if it would of gotten through.
Bombshell vs poison arrow; my fav match id probably have to say fantastic driving by mike I didn't expect Bombshell to take it and with a neat out of the arena.
Minotaur vs Bronco; Looked like bronco was having real issues flipping at full strength as when it got under and did flip it was more of a small lift and 6 from 6 wheels gone not bad expected minotaur to win.
Semifinal:
Bombshell vs Minotaur; this was an upset but I wanted Bombshell to win and after some of the side panels got ripped off and a wheel my hopes started to go down but after a few successful hits from Bombshell that took one of the drives out from Minotaur and another either bent the chassis enough to stop Minotaur getting traction and immobilising it, Bombshell the winner.
Yeti vs Tombstone; bit of a dull match unfortunately was clear who won it just from the opening damage done to the wheels, then Tombstones weapon broke but yeti couldnt use theres as the drum was touching/bouncing then just came to a small pushing match, Tombstone the winner.
Three way melee; was a fun match nice to see that wrecks did some damage shaman got friendly fired by witch doctor and bite force actually worked pretty damn well.
Final:
Tombstone vs Bombshell; wanted Bombshell to win hoping it would get the lucky hit in but it didnt but expected Tombstone to win as it did.

Only just watched the episode. Glad with most of the results besides the chomp win not keen on the rule changes but on the positive side chomp will hopefully get ripped a new one by yeti.

Afraid to say that I really disliked the final. I don't think Thor was a great wildcard, and it went on to be just dead weight in the head-to-heads, only because Pulsar decided to break down straight away...
I like the new format as it offers more fights but with that it does come with its issues. So you didn't like the final because the robot that performed the best out of the selection got the wild card and that pulsar got knocked out straight away to no ones shock with its reliability erm okay then o_O Final was great, RIP Thor I thought that its armour was a lot better than what it was, got a feeling that the floor flipper didn't like it, hopefully means we will see a new version of Thor built, great show glad Apollo won it thought the best fight was Apollo vs TR2. Already pre ordered the blu-ray Says that these robots failed to qualify just to name a few Iron awe 5 & 7, manta and maelstrom? wonder if it was due to the limited spaces or if they wanted more variety?

Gabriel is awesome it was great to watch at the live event in Manchester and is the only robot i've seen to effectively fall out of the arena, I just find Gabriel great and entertaining to watch and I normally don't like robots designed like that (i.e stinger i always hated that robot when it was on tv just something about it i think). As for the wildcard id think that Thor will get it as its the only robot to win all the fights besides the final one, id like storm 2 to get it but i cant see that happening.

That is not a part of the official rwra2 mod and is going to be included as part of the next dsl update iirc.

Ye its good if the robots are slow but with any robot moving quick it looks blurry as hell would be great if someone made a fix for it, or just hope that the second version comes out?

They had an agreement for the live shows that's why they was able to use it in the mod, just depends if they have come to an agreement for the new series.
