Correct me if I am wrong, but is the distinction between a thwack bot and an SnS that a thwack bot is mobile and only attacks when in range and the SnS will spin until the game starts to count it out? Or are the two terms synonymous?
I don't believe it's the latter and they are two slightly different bot types but in the rules of this tournament, I like to think that they come under the SnS category.

For the second idea (if you end up doing it), I think you should use Wham's AW version of the Official RA2 Tournament Arena. Just a suggestion. I like the second one the most but that's just because I really like the ant and beetle weight classes.
