I have no idea about Mzip, never used it. If you're downloading the original version of the game (RobotArena2v1.4.rar) you could always try removing the . in v1.4 in case that's confusing it, or even capitalize the RAR while you're at it just to remove all those possibilities.
Like I say though, never used Mzip and these files have always worked fine with both WinRAR and 7zip.

May well be an issue relating to the OS not liking it - try moving the entire game file to somewhere like the desktop.

Have you followed the entire installation guide? This is where most people mess up - it's a stickied thread in the Installation Support section ( In fact it's here). A lot of people try playing direct from the .rar instead of extracting.

Yeah, literally turn the chassis 90 degrees. With a bit of effort you'll still get everything in plus improved turning (multis hanging halfway outside the chassis are your friend)

dude you have gotten more people to enter than most other tourneys nowadays, which is pretty impressive since this is beetleweight
As would commonly be said in the years past of jonzu's dying community, QFT EDIT: In fact, these days the most popular tournament is BattleBots, right? The most entered class there had 34 entries. so you've got like 2/3 the amount of entries of the most popular tournament. A few years ago that would've been 40 entries (see: bbeans getting 64 entries). 20 is nothing to be sniffed at.
