Let me just try to clear some things up.
Naryar: I appreciate your help, just don't go overboard or anything with discipline.
This guy is new here, and while respect IS a priority, we mustn't scare him off.
At the moment, your doing good, setting things straight, just keep it at the level it is please.

if I should expect some good contruction of you, I could never write here
Look, I was being NICE!
And THIS is how you respond?
Make your own robots, and see if YOU could do any "better" at building a robot that peels oranges better than MINE!!!
Until then, please be a gentleman, and leave my showcase now. I'm only open to advice I KNOW is good for my bots. :mad1:

Don't give advice to moderators and then ignore it yourself and flip off anyways. Thanks.

0/10 bad post

just stop both of you, if this continues i'll start and take action.
My apologies Naryar, I guess my temper, and a few tough days at school, got to me. :frown:
Here, I've made a robot dedicated to you as a token of apology:

His name is Narmegeddon. It's a Juggler/Pop-Up hybrid.
Here's the internals:

And here it is in action:

FISTNG!

I thought of an idea for a thread, so hear me out.
I was hoping I could start a mad libs style story about GTM members and use their suggested words to fill in blanks.
In case your confused, look up Smosh Libs.

Once you do that, please tell me, so I can start.
I promise, things can and will get HILARIOUS.

Can you try your hand at Sallad? I tried it a few years back but couldnt get the arm looking or working properly.
I'll try, AFTER I can find a tutorial on how to import MS Paint pictures into textures that has pictures in it.
AND custom components. Or, how to make duplicates and have those ones textured differently.
I'm a visual learner.
Edit: I'll take your advice Ressetti.

With the exception of Scrap Metal and maybe Das Bot, I feel like all of these replicas have been done better by other people, no offense.

I'm reminded now that no one's skinned the Vlad wedge for a Maximus replica. Food for thought...

Also, I wonder how Das Bot would look with DSL3 extenders and the Lexan plates in DSL3...
No offense taken, and as for DSL 3, I'll give it a try next time.
I'll try to learn skinning by myself, but remember, all I have is MS paint, so it MAY not happen.
Also, any more suggestions for BattleBots replicas?
There's not enough of those here. :frown:

Will some one make some more Battlebots replicas?

...

Oh wait, I CAN!

It would REALLY help if somebody could help me skin, it would DEFINATELY make my replicas better.

Davidamy: Look, I know you want to help, but your doing it totally wrong.
I'd also suggest you don't give advice UNTIL you've become an above average builder, like Naryar.
Other wise, you'll have issues getting poeple's respect, and THAT mean's instant disaster.
If you have nothing truly constructive to say about my bots, then please, leave my showcase so no further issues occur between us.
Come back when you have better things to say about my work. Thank you.

Also, what do you guys think about Sit'n'Spin'n'...Other Stuff?
Is he all good?
I like this, Rusty 1.9 is not better, the gun would be fine with an angle of 45 degrees
Gun? What gun? Do you mean the weapon arms?

It's WW2
Inside a room is Hitler, Stalin, and a Humanitarian, who want's the best for man kind.
Hitler says they should kill all the Jews.
Stalin says they should work their poeple to death making firearms and stuff.
The two get into an arguement, which catches the humanitarian's attention.
He says"Why cant WEEE be freinds?"
Stalin and Hitler agree.
Next day the world is destroyed.
Moral:
Humanitarianism is counterintuitive\ JUST REDICULOUS!

pretty good for a newbie, you have a bit of uncleanliness in your bots that need to be fixed.

Really, if you build in DSL the best (read: non-crappy) weapons are razors, beater bars, typhoon spikes, large and small DS teeth, hypno teeth, and sledgehammers and sawblades occasionally.

Icepicks are fine for hammers but yeah.

spike strips can be used on wedges and rammers but are quite poor like you used them on your hammer. If you REALLY want to use them on a hammer use them so they are parallel to the hammer extender.
Thanks for the advice!
I'll get to it soon! :gawe:
(Update) Got it!
So here's rusty 1.7:

And his internals:

But that's from earlier, here's the current version, Rusty 1.8

And the innards:

On the subject of messed up teeth, I got an abcess because one of my teeth actually grew SIDEWAYS, at an angle.
Needed an emergency extraction but the gas they used didn't full work, but I toughed it out.(Felt bad for my mom though, she cried every time I exhibited pain).
