I like the look of it. The only problem is the NPC coming out the back.
Curses. Somebody spotted. I've fixed it now. The NPCs are now at the non-wedge end and the weapon is now a guillotine. Because why the hell not.

Looking at the first camera angle, it looks like the wheel is off the ground. I assume it can move, since it looks like it has.
It reminds me of another robot, but I seriously cannot put my finger on it... and not the Wheely Cheese.
It can move, just very erractically. That's how tight the ground clearance is. On the subject of other bots, it was inspired by 13 Black and Black Hole. 13 Black Hole didn't sound too good though.
