In my (limited) experience, 1 black is enough, but 2 can also work. At most: LW -> 1 Nifty MW -> 1 Black HW -> 2 Blacks But of course, it depends on the build.

Green Snappers do make for good wedges if they're positioned very well. On the whole, DDT's seem to make for better ones, unless there's something we haven't found yet.
Despite DDTs being better, Green Snappers take up a lot less space.

I'll give you an example of what you can come up with if you take the time to shrink the chassis around the components, and learn glitches such as eFFeing and Snapper Loading. This. Starting off with a smaller chassis, IMO, is the best way to go. Provided, you then build your whole robot off a Snapper or two.

I vote we start over with the achievements, and only make like 25-50 that are really that important. Plus, the combat-based ones should be more focused towards the Stock AI, as that's what the game starts you off with. (IMO) It would be nice if it could be implemented into the game itself but thats just not going to happen in the near future. It could work, we just need Steam to add RA2 to its game library, and bribe Gaben with enough sandwiches in order to get achievements made. (Image removed from quote.)
