Damn, I was devastated when my great nana died, so I feel your pain. I couldn't do anything for a couple of days, so take as long a break as you want.

Wait, 1 judge for both LW or HW? 2 judge for the HW is the norm TBH.
It's been this way for the past two tournaments. It has worked so far and I'm sticking with it. I mainly did this because of the walls in the BBEANS 2 Arena are quite low, so one judge burst is enough for a flipper to send someone OOTA.

How do i make a LW Blitzkrieg?
Yeah, im entering, the rules are fine, I think this is ready for the poll tbh.
Good to hear. I was going to add a poll after it was approved, anyway.

If you have never seen the first 2, here's the gist: You must enter with two bots, one heavyweight, the other lightweight. They must look very similar/identical to give the father-son impression.

Rules:
Both robots must fit the weight limit.
All robots are to be made in the botlab of DSL 2.1 (no custom components or editing the bot outside of the botlab but custom smartzones are allowed). *BFE is allowed to make the bot look more realistic. Using BFE otherwise will result in the bot/team being rejected.
The IRL rule is being used (so no robots you wouldn't see in real life).
Due to the above rule, the inside of the robot remains IRL as well (in other words, no stacking of battery packs, etc.)
Full body spinners and multibots are banned.
No use of glitches whatsoever.
Cheatbot2 is banned (however, one Judge Burst Motor per bot is allowed.)
The robots must have at least 2 wheels touching the ground and can show controlled movement. However, if the robot is a walker, this rule does not apply and it gets a 100kg weight increase. *If one of your robots displays uncontrolled movement for more than 15 seconds, the team will be disqualified.
Any Havok Explosions that occur will result in the match being restarted. When one team have caused the match to restart due to Havok Explosions more than twice, that team is disqualified.
The BBEANS 2 arena will be used (hazards on) and every match will last 3 minutes.
No SnS or *beater walls.

Notes:
I will AI if you do not wish to or cannot do it yourself.
All entries will be checked on a first-come first-served basis.
Byebots will be used if necessary and I will take part in the tournament myself if I am running low on entries. *These bye bots will be previous entries to the tournament series. The champions from F&S 2 will automatically be entered unless nicsan2009 wants to replace or remove them.
*Maximum 24 entries and the deadline will be 1st July whenever I have sufficient entries.

Seeds:
[1] nicsan2009
[2] El Chickenado
[3] Elementos
[4] RedAce
[5] Mouldy King Bash
[6] Natster-104
Seeds are based off win-loss ratios from the first and second tournament combined. I have only seeded those who have accumulated at least one win. All other competitors will have their seed randomised. If someone on the seed list does not compete, then all others that have competed will move up a seed. (How unfortunate that it is unlikely that the top two seeds won't be entering  :()

The reigning champions are I Didn't Do It and Maybe I Did (as seen to the right of the logo) built by nicsan2009.

Alright, all new rules have been labelled with an asterisk and highlighted blue. If there are any rules that you think should be abolished or added, then please say so.

Entries:
1. G.K. - Sleek 2 and Sluck 2
2. El Chickenado - Snugglebot Legacy and Snug-Spawn
3. Kurt - Welcome to Jackass HW/LW
4. Scrapyard24c - Death Warrant and Pink Slip

8. Maka - Betamax and Betaminus
9. Mouldy - Acid Thunder and Acid Cloud

15. Elementos - Machete and Pen Knife
16. DeadGenocide - Lime Loaf and Lemon Bread

Umm... That's a good question. I am contemplating hosting another tournament very soon, I'm just not 100% sure whether or not I am going to host it or not. If I do host a tournament, it will be a sequel to a tournament that you weren't around for.

Aww crap. That means if I enter it i'll be dominated by the pros..
That's not necessarily true. The winner to the first one was a pretty underrated member. Check them both out:

Most unlucky - 090901 w/ ponf =3 tank
Best bot built by Kungfooey242 - SmeshyDerp
Best bot built by Thrackerzod - Whirling Disaster 2.0

Alright, due to the clear disinterest in this tournament, I am going to close signups when I wake up tomorrow and I'll quickly finish this tournament (may as well have been a challenge, to be fair.) I'll make the video interesting for what it is worth, though. What can I say? I was warned:
You know it will probably just end up like this:
https://gametechmods.com/forums/index.php?topic=14291.msg598765#msg598765
with 4 entries.
Ha ha, Mech, you called it.

Homicidal Intentions 2? I don't know whether to feel flattered that you did that or ask you for the money to the name rights, ha ha. I like the majority of the bots here, so I'll watch it.

This is my bot for the assbots competition -that's a thing now.  I call her Spring Cleaning
(Image removed from quote.)
That Flame Dancer is worth a fortune, mate. I'd take it off your bot if you don't want to waste money.
For reals?  I looked on Ebay, and there's a guy selling 3 for a dollar at this very moment.
Wow, what a steal! That guy obviously doesn't know his Yu-Gi-Oh!.

I made ToC. I entered it under his name.
Oh, I see. In that case, I think your bot is cool.
