Drive looks pretty overkill to me. Shouldn't mag drive be more than enough? Also, try using flippermakers instead of the alu extender as a wheelguard, the round extender looks slightly out of place to me.
Alright, changing the drive. Round extenders there because flippermaker for whatever reason kept going red whenever I tried fitting it on. I'll try rebuilding the wheelguards again and see what happens.

Like, let's say a member wants to stay at "heavyweight", but he's/she's quickly approaching the "superheavyweight" status, is it possible for him to stay at "heavyweight" despite passing the amount of posts needed to be a "superheavyweight"?

It IS fragile. Can't take more than 3 shots from a good hammer bot to damage the CB. Looks alright, I'd try to get something in back to keep it from flipping, like a flipper maker or something.

The armour is titanium 5mm for Flipping Frenzy.
Might want to lower it to Plastic 5 or Tit. 3 and use the weight for stronger skirts instead.

Is a MOE motor good enough?

Well, a 36 hs in DSL isn't bad... accept that its not allowed... Just a test really : 24 Maces 12 Razors, NPC Fasts and 4 ants.
It's not that its' not allowed, it's just that it's not common. I've actually rebuilt a couple of Starcore bot's in DSL myself. Anyways, for Flipping Frenzy, it's not bad I think? I'm not too much of a veteran builder. But from what I've seen, it's actually decent. What's the armor on it? Also, don't use Taz wheels. Techno Destructo's and Hypno's offer the best grip and the best speed.
