It's a cool idea, especially with the turning itself over, however I see a few things that could cause problems. 1) Super exposed chassis - flipper arms usually also provide a small amount of extra protection to the chassis. 2) Lack of wedginess. Anything with a wedge (eg snapper wedge, skirt hinge wedge or metal hinge wedge) will likely go straight in under this. 3) You're lifting your chassis. Sounds dumb but because you're lifting the mass of your chassis the bursts are wasting energy lifting it as well as your opponent.

GTM seems to be slit between those who just want it to be their very own RA2 fanclub and those who just want to make drama happen for their amusement. Then there's me, and the few others who've just been coming here so long they don't know how to stop. But I see the sickness that lurks within GTM, I see it andI know it. And I know how to fix it. But first we must decide, what is it we wish GTM to be?
Things are happening in corporate that may help things. Hold your fire :)

As part of the staff I have to condemn this under a united front, but there's nothing stopping free speech in this section of the forum, and you've not broken any rules, so I can't really do anything against this. Uh Well this is a thing.

I highly doubt me and Badnik will be the only ones to "leave" in the near future unless again, something is changed to motivate people into returning to the intended focus of the website.
There's no need for any doubt. You guys won't be the only ones.

why do you only notice this now?
because i used to have faith in this place, and same faith blinded me from what gtm really was, and Craaig, the problem is, the RA2 section is dying, like this place as a whole, and since the only serious section of this damn place is withering away, only the "bad side" remains
You're not helping by not ignoring the 'bad side' get some conversation flowing in there :) Also hi playzooki, how're you doing?

GTM really isn't that bad if you stick to the RA2 section. Which is, you know, kinda the entire point of the forum.

Because RA2/DSL/IF is the only experience I have now, and the Perm was in them...?
Click based a lot of DSL components on real life components, even if they didn't act exactly like their IRL counterparts. This was like 10 years ago, when I think some people had used Perms in combat. Perms aren't bad in DSL/Ironforge just to clarify, unlike what TRB seems to be saying.

Don't feel special, he thrives on insulting basically anyone who he can. Ignore him and he'll maybe go away.

We already have that. There's an Ignore List feature in your profile. It'll hide their posts behind a button.

We don't need more moderators, we're a very small community. All we need is a set of rules that Naryar will agree to moderate and stick to (it's not a challenge to get the rest of us to actually stick to it...). It's no secret I've been trying to sort that out because I'm sick of the fact that mods override each others decisions, act irrationally and don't stick to a guideline, making the staff look like an embarrassing shambles. cough. Also yeah, it'd be REALLY nice to have the ban feature back but that got taken away from us. cough.

TRB (second member we've had with that set of initials, interesting), GTM has a set of rules freely available, and also a report button. If you honestly believe anything violates GTM rules, use the report button. If it doesn't violate GTM rules, technically it's fair game. You can still report and say you don't like the content of the post but otherwise? Don't instigate a flame war, that's something that IS against the rules. Healthy debate is not. Make sure the line is not crossed :) (That line actually goes for everyone, chill out please)

I don't see why you wouldn't be allowed to do it. At the end of the day, Click isn't around right now, and this will for sure be an interesting tournament. I think it's wise to keep SNS banned. Will definitely try to enter at least the DSL/Ironforge brackets.

But, in all seriousness, teachers are paid to teach the truth, if the holocaust was a lie, it would mean education is a lie, essentially leaving us all as uneducated fools that don't even understand what has happened in the past, let alone be able to estimate what shall happen in the future.
So I'm a physicist and I can tell you half of the physics teachers teach in school is wrong, therefore a lie, therefore not the truth.
