they have a thing called the power 25 which people go up and down on the list for a heap of factors, match results, popularity (im talking if your a jerk to everyone you move down) etc and its decided by a group of fair people and it changes after each week maybe something like that for each DSL and Stock
maybe the admins and mods do the deciding :-D

Do you know what a Popup is? You could turn this robot into if you improved the setup. take a look at my showcase life robot arena2 I made a middleweight pop up called natural high with pretty much the same chassis shape last bot on this page https://gametechmods.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1471&page=3

chassis that shape can be used very differently don't bother with the car steering motor, use 2 Zteks for drive, supervolt, pink battery's arnt very good, shorten the red extender and use the small wedge block for a basic MW flipper robot :-D

if winrar is installed right click the file you just downloaded and click  then go to the file WinRar just created and hit Ctrl + A and then right click any of the now selected files and click cut, go into the robot arena 2 dsl file you made right click and click paste if it asks you to overwrite click yes to all

if it downloads its fine just trying to make things easy for ya
im not sure what sage out in that download so click extract and WinRar will create a file for it then cut and paste all of those files to the robot arena DSL file you made (if it prompts you with the same file exists overwrite ? click yes to all)
