If we're going to have a Official SHW Class we need a official dsl ballast. can you make it so that it attaches outside the bot like a smartzone? that way if won't interfere with air tight chassis.

I just made an -400kg smart zone that can be used in DSL or stock (if you really want to) its available for download in the cash cubes 2 tournament threads first page

ask and you shall receive :-D its available on page one and uses the stock smartzone files so your game wont crash if mads smart zones arnt added to you RA2

yes that does mean an anti-ballast that can be put anywhere in the max building arena no need to attach it to your bot

well I was going to use a different weight class per season (like bbeans) so it would ether be lightweight or middleweight

but that is after my next tournament idea (taking a break from cubes after this one)

I have though about other possible shapes but I have already began working on another tournament (i know it seems strange) so maybe a possibility for my 4th one :)

I have both on the first page and also added Internal and External to the links so you can tell them apart

I still want the next one to be cylinader themed.

I didn't really just pull a shape out of the top of my head and thought "yep I shall make a tournament of that", the cube shape means that the wider you want you base the longer and higher it will have to be making it a difficult shape to work with, cylinders on tho other hand would just spawn loads of HS

Edit: Pwnator I did think of the smartzone but I thought people could manage with the 2 I have on page 1 if people still find it hard I will make the smartzone anti-ballast.

Just a thought, using a caster instead of a ballast weight for the -400kg weight makes construction a lot easier.

Also, I'll enter the tourney.

hunh cant believe I didn't think of that... I might make a -400kg caster for an anti-ballast

Unless you want to build a SHW (1200 kg in DSL) then get the anti-ballast.

I have a -400kg anti-ballast for download on page 1 on the Clash Cubes 2 thread, so you only need to apply one then build up to the 800kg limit then remove it and you have a SHW

yeah it does crash the game if you try to play against it (gets annoying in tournaments in the team HQ) but there is no problem if your going to just use the bot files and not apply the AI

yay my first actual achievment in RA2 and now that it has been anounced I can finally answer....

I've just noticed; is #2 meant to be 'Death by Angels' or 'Death by Angles'?

Either someones failed badly or I have...

it is meant to be Death By Angles making a reference to it being a Triangular Shape
