there is one in the Robot Wars AI pack but its yellow for soem reason so I grabbed the txt file and Directory file then edited the Map file to make it a dark blue like the real one .... enjoy https://gametechmods.com/uploads/files/Spawn Again Flipper.rarjust extract the .rar open the file called Spawn Again Flipper Copy the txt and file called somehing like "WBC" open the compoants file right click Paste it will then appear in the extra section of your DSL 2.1

the components.cfz is all of the component txt files compiled together, deleting it will delete all standard components,
for Stock - I suggest a reinstall

anyway I believe there is a Spawn Again Flipper already in existence but there isn't need for GMF editing anyway .. its just a rectangle
also LRA2 you cant go calling people idiots for not understanding your posts correctly if there is insufficient details (simple terms.. not enough detail in the post)

I know the issue your have... its called artweaver it sometimes adds random lines in pictures that you cant get rid of and cant see in the editor.. I know as I used it to mod the UI of Ra2 and it did the same thing to the main menu... best off finding a new TGA editor

simple: for stock go in to the componants file and go in to the snowplow file then go into maps and open the Bitmap and change the hue colour to yellow or something (it will change all snow plows in the game yellow)
advanced: or use the GMF editing, Txt editing and copy the file using the instructions on the beetle bros site if your feeling advanced (this makes a new component doesn't effect the old blue one)

the DSL one is screaming out for more power with 2 Duel Perms, I think the extenders are a nice touch on the stock one so I will say stock but you should skin the scoop
