or like I said before the little motors using the 360 axle GMF would be easy to fit, I found them in the robot wars AI pack in the download section

Here's a link to the py: :-D Just drop this file into your 'Arenas' directory. Notes: 1. The balls fall out continuously (instructions for adjustments are in the py). 2. The balls are very damaging (instructions for adjustment are in the py). They are fairly easy to adjust, so anyone can do it (always make a back up). You might explain the last query you posted..... . Thank you BIG time Mad... Its an idea im working on for a new tournament... as for the last one I was basically wondering if robots were able to enter the goal zone and receive damage like the outside of the Raw arena ? Thanks again, I wont forget to credit you for the arena mods Edit: just tested it out and I love it Mad, exactly what I was after :-)

yes both will be in the pack but the first CC arena will overwrite your combat zone (then again I recommend installing the final copy on a clean DSL 2.1)

that is pretty good, you know some people use custom components for replicas.. have you tried the axle motors ? they would be good for the saw blade :-D

I would take that challenge, except for 2 things CC AI pack.. you can test it all you want ;-) the flipper bot looks nice but I can imagine that flipper wouldn't work... take another look at Timber and see how much free movement the chassis has, its actually perfectly balanced to counterweight

did you decompile the GMF and edit it in notepad for the new map file and then recompile it ?

sorry for the bump (seems like the appropriate topic) a few questions I have about the DSL soccer arena I was wondering if someone can help me with (mad or duck are the main 2 im thinking of ;-)) - basically I think the arena glitched one time I was playing it and there was 20 + soccer balls around the arena, is it possible to set that as a normal thing ?
- on the soccer ball topic is it possible to make them do damage OR subtract points ? either one I dont really mind but I dont want either to be high amounts
- and finally the goal area... can that be made into something like the compressor arena or the pits like AON arena or electric arena 2 off the beetle bros site
Thanks in advance, Im basically wanting to make the soccer arena a combat like arena

It does help
Dont forget to try out those Brushes I told you about in artweaver... you can make some pretty cool designs in no time, for the battery's I just used the wand tool to cut away everything but the logo and the terminals then did my design on a layer below :-D

but as the arena is set out (not being a square) Grindhouse will likely target Decoy in the first match then TTM the second and if there is a third Decoy again
just hope decoy doesn't pit its master again lol

Can you at least make it look slightly like a battery? It just looks like a funny coloured box right now. I agree with Man Manu on this one ^^^ Try to keep it looking like battery for example here is one I just made in about 2 minutes also if possible use PNG or Jpeg images rather then those large BMP ones keep it up LRA2 practice makes perfect ;-)

Im not doubting Doomkiller's bot but just to make you think a little with your predictions just remember Grindhouse must only kill The Trap Master to win the match here ;-)

It seems to me like that the pit hatch gave some boost for Decays flight, I can see it shake pretty bad when Decay takes off. I had a close look and I believe your right.. Timber was so powerful that when it smashed ED on the pit the Floor go pushed downward but as the pit was not open it bounced back up helping to catapult ED... what a bot click :-D
