yeah the heading will do nothing when AId those smart little AI drivers :P its like when LiNcK had inverted controls wired and the AI knew the right way so the bot would drive backwards lol

I was a huge robot wars fan back in the day but lost interest in robot combat after robot wars went off screens
then towards the end of last year I went into a video game store and saw a preowned copy of Robot Wars Arenas Of Destruction.. I never knew they made a PS2 game so I brought it straight away and played it to death and then my interest in robots started again.
the game was good but just too fake for my liking I looked up videos on youtube and saw extreme destruction which appeared better (but its about the same) got myself a copy of that and played it to death and wished I could built my own bots with less restrictions.
while looking up extreme destruction videos on youtube to find robots people had made I came across a video of Clicks I believe? showing a VS that could turn into a HS mid battle I instantly looked up more videos before finally getting my mitts on a copy.
I looked up more videos and came across replicas and knew I just had to get them looked on one video and someone asked "how did you get all the replicas?" and someone replied GameTechMods.com and the rest is history
phew maybe a little too long with the story but at least you can see why I follow the beetle brothers work so much :-D

doesn't show as it the components is white ? or doesn't show up in the game at all ?
for the former
might have something to do with some programs will save files as .bmp while others .BMP while this doesn't effect programs it may effect the game also the bitmap might be different (does RA2 use 24 bit ?)

Lol, The match was a lil boring, Just Gyratory Rebprn bouncing around, But ill guess all its matches will be like that :P
Im also gonna have the same results as LRA2 agaisnt Gyratory Reborn... Our chassis' shapes are similar :\ actually if Gyratory Reborn can get up speed it becomes a rather formidable spinner..(it beat SnSnSnSnS by KO once :P) I must offer my congratulations to LRA2 for his bot actually managing to trap GR that bot was a little more durable then I thought but as you may have seen from the video it gets pretty ticked off if its tipped on its side sadly it looks like havoks will be the death of me :neutral:

due to the lack of hazards it shouldn't make a difference .... I still have no idea why it wont move in starting position 2 lol. it still spins but its stuck on the one spot and just gets counted out ??? lol

if im not mistaken it would still require GMF editing otherwise say if you clicked the standard supervolt first then all styles will appear that way until you close the game

you cant make copies of components without GMF editing .... the game will get confused with multiple BMP's with the same name
only reason I always bring it up is its not only useful but quite a fun skill to have and its so easy using the tutorial on the beetle bros site
