Pretty much. Yes. Mouthwash is the trick. You just don't want negative rep that you can't shift anymore. 
What utter crap. As mentioned, it personally doesn't concern me anymore seeing as I hardly ever come here anyway. The reason I don't feel it has a purpose here as already mentioned, is in how in the hands of certain people, it's only really used as a plaything for dicking about with people rather than as any actual sort of status symbol.
I thought I was just throwing a bit of banter around, wasn't aware I was posting stuff that pissed you off. Allow me to continue.

As I said on Skype, it was generally a good way of showing how valuable somebody was, and a way of marking their contributions. And sometimes it was amusing.
Actually, it is pretty useful, and some of the comments are amusing. I'm with Craaig on that.
