1. Everytime When I created a skin using Paint.net, It always crashes everytime I imported it, why though?
when you export the .bmp, I can't remember if you should set it to auto-detect or 24-bit. Just choose whichever is not the one currently selected and see if it works.

eh, i downloaded a free software called VDSC Free Video Editor. sony vegas 30 day trial didn't appeal to me, and i'm too incompetent to know how to pirate without getting a thousand viruses.

I use NCH Videopad. It's free and decent enough. better than WMM, has video/audio layers and more effects options. It might have chroma key but I can't remember. Don't pirate.

if you have the ra2 folder in program files sometimes that happens. I just have mine on my desktop and no issues.
you may be able to run ra2 as administrator and see if that fixes it.
