HOW DID THE PITIFUL WORM MARTY HAVE MORE VOTES THAN I, GOD OF ALL YOU PATHETIC RUNTS?
Because I practice the higher form of art known as Gammon, rather than lacklustre Ham.
i dunno man i prefer ham myself

Smashy just drop it, get on with being back or whatever cos you're just digging a hole right now.
Am I blind or something, because I swear I haven't seen you anywhere for months. Smashy, I don't get why you think everyone here hates you when in honesty no one does.
I find him kind of annoying but he's alright I guess.

cool beans, you like any other power metal bands?
I've been keeping an eye on Dragonland, Kamelot, Iron Mask, Iron Savior, Ravenheart, At Vance, Majesty... there are probably others I am forgetting.
Yeah those are all decent.

- Shirts - Socks - Electric Trimmer - £25 iTunes Gift Card (Which is inactive for some reason and I have to get iTunes support on it) - 5 Iced Earth albums (Dystopia and the Box of the Wicked set which has Framing Armageddon, Crucible of Man, I Walk Among You (EP) and Overture of the Wicked (EP))

My Birthday was the 23rd so I'll combine the presents:
A Brownsville Bass Guitar (4 strings, black, lighter than my electric guitar which is scary) A bag of Dark Chocolates (forgot the brand) that my girlfriend gave me Koss Ur/29 headphones (Koss... Kossokei... it's so hilariously ironic)
and for christmas
PS2/PC adaptable racing wheel with pedals of course Squire Bass Amp (an amp to go with my Bass guitar... MY BASS CANNON IS COMPLETE, FEAR ME!) Some new electric guitar strings
and a tuckfun of birthday and christmas cards lol
What guitar do you have? I'm currently construction an Alder V with a Jackson neck and Seymour Duncan pickups; I also have an Ibanez RG-something with a funky runway graphic, a Squier Strat and a Dean Evolution (though I'm borrowing that one) + an Ibanez soundgear bass cus I'm rich.
I'd also recommend trying out some iPod amp stuff like Jamup Pro and Ampkit since they're cheap as chips/TAN in GFs opinion and work pretty good.
Squier Strat, got a Peavy (I think that's the right spelling I can't remember) amp for it. I don't use it much.
Peavey :P

lol yeah, madman your attention seeking is pretty weak.
Well, I backed down from that anyway when I edited my post. I can see when I go wrong, and I went wrong kind of epicly with that idea. I think the best contributor for the non-RA2 stuff is kinda not represented at all with the current changes. How about "Best Debater" or "Best Contributor to non-RA2 discussion"?
Vote for Master Debater Nao!!!
omg i'm gonna vote 4 uuuu!!!111!!1one

That armour won't last long and the drive setup is unnessecarily awkward. Cool though.
>5mm titanium
also it's not done to beat flails or FSS or something, it's made to beat other gut rippers
Hehe...not a gutripper sent...
I did :P

I meant the exterior armour. Additionally, there are popups that are probably just as good at beating gutrippers and much better against flail-SnS, given from what I can see.

In my honest opinion this is an RA2 forum. Although many of us have lost our focus i think the awards should retain it.
However Best BOTM Winner is a great idea.
That's extremely neglectful. Much while I think that RA2 is the primary purpose of the site, it would be ridiculous to attribute no contribution awards to the non-RA2 areas based on that principle, especially considering how a bunch of the awards still present apply to other areas of the forum.
These are the GTM awards, not the RA2 awards.
Like what ? The only sections that are regularly active apart from the ra2 sections are the GCT, the rate one post one thread and Playground.
Let's not act as though intelligent discussion has never happened in those areas (well other than ROPO and thats mostly because no-one takes it seriously). For all the stupid stuff in Junkyard, decent discussions have occured in politics, and chatter has had plenty of stuff happen in it in which some level of dicussion was inherent. In my honest opinion this is an RA2 forum. Although many of us have lost our focus i think the awards should retain it.

There is no award for posting the most obscure metal videos or having the most closed-minded opinion of music.
And the point of that was? Both is it irrelevant and based on an assertion which you seem to have developed sheerly out of stereotype. But yeah, I take the point, not enough of the right kind of stuff.
