Planning to get a new Computer.
« on: June 23, 2014, 03:48:10 PM »
Since my laptop is soon 3 years old, and suffering multiple problems, I have decided to get a new one. I'm basically looking for 1000-1200 euro laptop for huge amount of use and heavy gaming. Right now, I'll most likely get this one.

Well basically, I want a computer that can run games like Next Car Game, Far Cry 3, Counter-Strike Global Offensive and probably even GTA V good as possible. 1000-1200 euros might not be enough for GTA V though...

Alright, I've had a lenovo laptop for roughly a year and and half and I can say that the construction quality is horrible on it. From safe usage (aka not smashing it on the floor like a rabid baboon or even dropping it more than a half-inch), the hinge has nearly destroyed itself and feels very wobbly. A lot of the plastic around it just kind of snapped off too by doing something as inconsequential as opening and closing it.
How you make Alarm Clock Pizza is:
Step 1: You buy an alarm clock from the store, and then you have to break it and put it in the sauce.
Step 2: Fold the sauce in 5 slices and put it in the dough.
Step 3: Paint the eggs with a pitcher of a clock showing what time you want to wake up and eat pizza for breakfast.
Step 4: Put the eggs in the dough.
Step 5: Make it flat into a round shape and draw the time you want on it.
Step 6: Put some old steel to prevent other peple from stealing it.
Step 7: Make it flat and cut into 60 slices 1 for each minute in 1 our.
Step 8: Put in the oven set the timer to 30048813.2884 seconds and put the temperature on 'Volcano' setting.
Step 9: If you think it is take to long, then get yor alarm clock and set it to now so that it will ring and you can take it out.
Step 10: Take it out uv the uvin wen it is redy and go to bed. In the morning eat pizza and also eat yor hands bi mistake.

Don't expect GTA V to run amazingly.

Given the fact that GTA IV is a victim of poor porting, I wouldn't expect GTA V to be much different.

depends on what flavor of lenovo you have. the G and Z series are poop and break. you can play football with a W or T series and Y series is somewhere in between. one of my buddies has had a Y series for over a year now and its held together fine. also has a massive heatsink. I currently have a last generation w530 with the quadro graphics card and a i5 at 3.3ghz. it has more than enough power to run games on high. although it doesn't like the hair effects in tomb raider for some reason.

Does i have to be portable?  If you're willing to go for a desktop, you can easily get the same specs for half the price.

Yes, since I travel every now and then and I usually take my computer with me.

Toshiba is very good quality why am i gropaga posting

Toshiba's computers are pretty damn tough and will last you 3 years or so. Of course, you pay for the quality.

Hell my computer must have been subjected to physical abuse at least two times (due to jonzuing bikes) and it works just fine.

Also i heard lenovo was crap.
