A lot of old games don't run on Win7. I'm not sure about the RW games, though. And Windows 8 is cancer on a screen.Also, if you have 3GB of RAM or less, 32-bit is faster.

@123Bullsh**, 8 gigs will always be better for gaming than 4 (Unless by quality you mean DDR3 vs DDR2)
As far as I know, DDR2 stopped being used around the Bronze Age.
