I've got one:
Why does everyone hate Scrappy from "Scooby Doo"?

in more original Hanna Barbera cartoons of Scooby Doo, Scrappy was actually just a regular character and Scooby's Nephew created to save the shows ratings.

the concept of Scappy being hated was first adopted in the Live Action Movie of Scooby Doo

serious ? I have some of the old movies and he was one of the regular characters ? wasn't hated or anything ?

just when you think you know a lot you miss a big detail :P

I do know he is killed or dead as a recurring joke on Harvey Birdman

I should have been clearer... I meant to ask why do the viewers hate Scrappy?

You need one of the first ones from early 80's, my live-in girlfriend watched it all the time (she was 16 - 17...too damn old to be watching toons)

EDIT: on 2nd thought, those were reruns, it was probably early 70's when he first appeared.

Question: What weapon is powerful enough to get through a force field?

BONUS: What is it powered by?

Hint: Not a laser.

this isnt a thread to test people with questions or asking silly ones it is actually for asking questions for answers you are interested in

Back opn topic of my unasnwered question, I've watched some Scooby Doo episodes with Scrappy in them.  There's one arc where it's just him, Scooby, and Shaggy going around and doing non-mystery related stuff; there were three sketches in each epidoes.  And there's another arc where the eniter gang plus Scrappy goes around doing their usual mystery-solving thing.

Now, according to what I've read on TVtropes, I'm supposed to exhibit a burning hatred towards Scrappy, and as a fan of the show, be outraged that they'd put such a character in.  My question is, why does the Scooby Doo fanbase hate Scrappy so much?

I looked into it a bit more after you asked and found

"wasn't an original character"

"because like other scooby doo relatives seemed like a cheap knock off"
