Again, that's in the past. I'm talking about now- and even then, I'd only do it when it was for an unfair reason. I was fine with it for perfectly reasonable transgressions.

there is a difference between changing it via mod panel and actually logging into their account where you could do something REALLY stupid under thier name and get them banned

Thing is though, I never actually did anything under Jonzu's name other than change his avatars and send those PMs to himself. I didn't actually make posts as him- I mean, there's underhanded, and then there's really underhanded.
