I wouldn't have worded it that way, though. Implies that it was unexpected that it involves robot combat, rather than it being a show specifically for showing robot combat.

Honestly I like both RW and BB to some extent, mostly because of nostalgia and because they got me interested in Robot Combat, but I hate most of what both shows did as boring filler/to make things more interesting for the audience. Stock sound effects, annoying commentators, interviews with the builders and all of that stupid sh**. I wish they would just show a 30 second run through of the robots specs, who the builders are etc and then show the raw fight footage. I don't know about you guys but I think that this

I have addressed the points there, though- it was more how those elements ate into the time they could've used for the battles in Battlebots, not it seeping into the battles themselves. But even still, like both you and I said earlier, I do like them both.

Oh yes, I've seen that too, and I think it's pretty good. I like how it could test the abilities of robots in other ways alongside combat, and it gave us some pretty cool designs, too.
