Sigh. It seems not only is Facebook useless, it is also required to get anywhere in life. I just signed up so I will have a better chance to be hired in the future, but also so I can make comments on garrysmod.org.

The very idea that employers consider the fact that potential employees waste their time on social networking sites is quite possibly the single most idiotic concept that I have come across. Scumbook is a tragic waste of time, in my view, and I am sick and tired of hearing about it.

the main reason i use facebook is so i can talk to friends online 'n sh**.

Personally, using it to stay in touch with people, troll, and share the occasional bit of witty banter- that's what I mainly use it for.

But Facebook gaming? I hold your sentiment to it- screw it.

I don't get why poeple get FB when there is no need to. I think FB should be used for communicating with relatives or friends that are far away, not to talk with someone that you could easily go visit.

Though, I will occasionally play one of those simple games (like Tetris).
