Game can mean anything ranging from Ring a Ring o'Roses to sing along with My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.

Tech can mean technical, technology, techniques, etc.

Mods can mean modification, modifications, mods (game), moderators, modern, .mod(music format), etc.

So I conclude that GameTechMod means

My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic
