If you disregard the H, then Communist ideals like those of Hydro's era are comparable- take the concepts of Worldwide Revolution after the Bolsheviks overthrew the Tsarist Government, Stalin's gradual rise to power (and what happened afterwards), and not to mention its involvement in conflicts like WW2, the Soviet War in Afghanistan, and the Cold War.

Then we'll probably see him create a Nuclear Program and a Dead Hand system in case of attack

so, in chemistry i have to do a report on a theoretical nuclear winter, and what would soon follow after, the effects of it, etc, etc.
