It kinda does, because it annoys some of the members (including me) when getting repped down. And I do know some forums where nobody trolls anyone. And if someone flames or trolls someone, it's immediatly permaban. I think we need more active Admins and Moderators. And more strict rules. I'm just saying my opinion, and everyone has right for it.

You do know you sometimes flame or troll someone...

Getting repped down is usually because you're doing something unconstructive or stupid. BAWWWing about rep IS both, so it deserves a downrate.

Maybe -4 for just a rant in some thread is too much, especially in chatterbox. But Jonzu, you can be sure the rules will reduce stupid drama, and you will abide to them.

This forum WILL have more strict rules, and all of them will be in one thread, once I finish my Constitution project.
