It's good ! I did skipped a bit of cooking time on the pasta so they're cooked al dente, but I am still happy with my cooking.

Won't call myself a great chef, but I do have some cooking skills. Mostly I do italian-ish dishes. Cause I love Italian cooking, Italian girls are pretty, and my philosophical master, Niccolo Machiavelli, is italian as well. Also the italians are responsible for the Enlightment period, which is my favorite.

I tend to improvise with what I have though. Uber precise recipes are just boring. Cooking is an art, it's not hard science like physics !

I mess around with the spice rack when I'm making Super Noodles......that's about the limit of my culinary prowess, to be honest.
