At least three of your six top games of all time are relatively recent First Person Shooters. I'd be inclined to agree with you on Portal, though, it's a very well-designed and challenging puzzle game, and RA2 has the universal appeal of virtually infinite possibility, as I've said before. I wouldn't really agree with the other choices, though but it's each to their own.

I'm thinking of getting The Orange Box too, just because buying Portal and Half Life 2 that way is cheaper than buying them apart.

I have four classe at school this year. They are Chemistry AP, Functions with Physics, English and Asian History. My only "bad" class is functions with physics because for whatever reason it's mostly populated by seniors who just need another math course credit. Functions with Physics is in place of a pre-calc class and covers the same stuff but relates it to physics.

I got a collat and a quad-feed in TF2 last night, in my 1st online game, before now my FPS were so bad I couldn't play it.

Ooh, I see a debate about games, can I join in?

My range of taste in games is actually rather slim - there are a lot of genres I do not like. In fact, I am pretty much a hardcore RolePlaying Game fan, following series like Luminous Arc, Phantasy Star, Golden Sun, Dragon Quest, Pokemon, Digimon and Trouble at Bay- /shot

I tried playing Metroid Prime when I was a lot younger and it scared me, so I have not been near one since

and, in my opinion, Link's Awakening is the only good Zelda game (My range on Zelda is limited though)
