As one who was in a fairly major accident, I can safely say the extra effort to put a seatbelt on is well worth it.

You may not give a shit half the time but when you do get in an accident it's one of those "I thought it would never happen to me" incidents.  The benefits of having a belt on outweight the three seconds of effort that detriment you.

I've also been in a crash in America. We didn't know the "green lights only mean go if another car isn't coming towards you very fast, obscured by a large truck" rule. Although, I was sleep at the time... (Yes, I wasn't driving...)

Wow! I had great day yesterday!

I was racing at my Cousin's Kart Race for my second Time. There was 26 competitors, and I was 19th in Time Trials. That meant I started from 3rd place in C-Final. I had very tight battle against the driver who started from first place. If I remember correctly, we overtook eachother 4-6 times. And I beat him! I won my first kart race! I was overall 17th though...

Also... My last year's track record was
1.01.87, and my this year's track record was 0.57.95!

But those who were fastest, their times were 0.57-0.54... But I'm very happy that I won! :D
