Nah, Vertigo wouldn't give it a look in.

Being kicked in the balls IS painful. Luckily, it hasn't happened to me for a while.

Although key thing is, there aren't any exposed bits Bender can take advantage of. Likewise, I know from experience that Hardox is tough, particularly on a design like Vertigo.

From the back or sides only. From the front, Explosion could OOTA Demon with no trouble at all. If anything, Demon should be easier to OOTA thanks to the gyroscopic forces of the disc keeping it straight as it flies.
