I've sometimes made pizza from scratch. Often with chorizo, chilli peppers and red onions. Plus mozzarella. Occasionally red Leicester, though, that is VERY nice on pizza.

Also, toppings? I typically go with Pepperoni, Chorizo, Jalapeno Peppers, Mozzarella, and Passata, on a thin and crispy base, with a sprinkling of cracked Black Pepper and Tabasco Sauce. As you've probably guessed, I like mine quite spicy

I like mozzarella, pepperoni, pineapple, garlic salt, crushed red pepper and Italian sausage. I'm open to adding things, though. I like the jalapeno idea.
