Celebrity Bomb Disposal would be an excellent idea. Hopefully we'd lose quite a few like that.

Or Celebrity Bungee Jumping. Answer a General Knowledge question incorrectly, and length is added to the rope. Too many wrong answers, and you smash into the ground.
