hmmm, they sound like complete losers who would in turn get the sh** kicked out of them over here. I used to live in place with one of the highest crime rates in the USA (Newark ftw) with gang members and people selling drugs and still never saw anyone that fit the description of a chav.

Yep. That's pretty much all they do. Fight, smoke, drink, shag about. They more than likely left education as soon as they could, and that stuff's really all they're any good at.

They're not really like Gangs. They tend to be very loud and brash, not really as shadowy as American gangs, but they do still travel around in clusters of at least three. If they're out clubbing or something, that rises to between six and eighteen. They're not really involved with crime much, they're just antisocial dicks.

That's what I'm saying. The way you guys put it, no one over here would even care about them and if they tried to start a fight, they would get killed in like a week.

Exactly. The main difference between the US and the UK, I feel, is that the UK is much, much more boring. Which means it's probably safer, but also less exciting as well.

I'd much rather have it plain and boring. I live in one of the safest city in the USA. (Stillwater Oklahoma) But someone still gets murdered or robbed every now and then.

also, we need RepBan system. If your Reputation goes under -50, you get banned until your rep is atleast -49. I think it's good idea.
