I think, Sparkey, the best thing to do at this point is for you to just stay out of flame wars completely. Trying to stop them can look as if you're joining in, and given your history I'd say that wouldn't be what any of us would want to happen. I think trying to just contribute to discussions as best you can without going overboard or getting involved in fights would work.
