What I used to do was get a ball and hide at the back, while the rest of my team normally tried to dodge the fire from the opposition. When the other team had thrown all their balls at us, I'd rush out from the back, and throw the ball straight at them, and they'd all be like "F**K, WHERE DID HE COME FROM?!" It was funny as hell. XD

What I did yesterday was grab a ball and stand at the back. If someone threw something at me, I would block it with the ball. I slowly moved forward and, when someone near the front of the other team had thrown their ball, I through it as hard as I could at them. Because they were off-balance after throwing the ball, they always got out. :D

What if they threw it at you really hard first?

Another trick I used to do was when it was down to around two people on either side, but all the balls had been stockpiled by the opposition in the corner. Inevitably, they would get two of them and move right up to the center line, which was as far as you could go to eliminate someone, and more often than not they would throw both of them at the same time towards my team-mate, who was actually very good at dodging [it was normally me and him at the end]. Right when they were on the backswing, I would start sprinting along the edge of the court, and by the time they'd thrown the balls, and my teammate had dodged them, I was already into the opponent's half, and I would gather up all the balls and take them back over to my team's side. =D

We were allowed to run onto their side, but we couldn't eliminate anyone from the opposing team if we were on their side. We could still be eliminated, mind, because the opposing team was still on their own side.
