It's a small sore in your mouth, they're really annoying. I get them a lot, I think it's genetic as my mom gets a lot too. I do have some medicine that helps though.

you know a good way to get rid of them fast ?

give your mouth a good rinse out with salt water a few times a day (I did it once in the morning and night)

gets rid of them pretty quickly

If that doesn't work, I hear hydrochloric acid works wonders.
