Ooh, Nary, I am doing GCSE history on Hitlers idea of Ubermensch.

As you probably know, the original (Nietzsche's) idea was different. Hitler mixed his racial sh** and silly hatred with the Nietzschean philosophy and it gave a reaaaally bad rep to Nietzsche's ideas.

The Übermensch, as I see it, creates his own moral code (who is different from the society's) and attempts to change society with it. Problem is that I don't have the charisma for it... but that can change, and I doubt I really have the will to change the world.

I have no intention of changing the world via killing. If it must be changed, then it will be an intellectual revolution.

Nice idea, but an unatainable dream I'm afraid.

Modern culture's far too "dumbed down" IMO.

Oh come on, that's already done in society, but it doesn't change anything.

Kill all the criminals I say!! (warning, I was only semi-joking about that)

Some obviously are too messed up to be useful for society and can be killed without any loss IMO ... but some can be useful, and some are just misguided.

(warning, i am not joking at all)

There wasn't anything TO prevent, IIRC, it was mostly scaremongering.

All prisoners are useful. You could put them on exercise bicycles and have them pedal for a certain amount of miles, which could supply the country with power instead of locking them up doing nothing.

You could create some fake research that says Reality TV and such gives you a severe brain tumor. I think the trouble is that humans are fiercely intelligent, but we really are quite terrible when it comes to applying said intelligence. For instance, television was intended as a way of visualising important worldwide events, such as international conferences, or the Coronation of Elizabeth II. Whereas nowadays it's used to watch generic talentless wannabe idiots and facsimile celebrities making a mockery out of themselves so they can have a brief, fleeting, and utterly pointless moment of shallow fame.

They're not strictly important, but at the time, it was one of the major world events that really boosted the sales of televisions.

Yeah i agree, though that TV reality gives brain tumor is a hardly believable lie.

And the coronation of your queen... nah, it's important for country stability, I guess.
