For 027, yes- he needs to chill out.

For Badnik, no. He didn't do anything, and I don't see why should be punished for his brother's actions.

Yes he can. But as far as I know, 027 doesn't know Badnik's password, and Badnik isn't going to tell him anytime soon. So there's no reason whatsoever to ban Badnik, he's only guilty of coming out of the same person as 027 LB.
