If anyone wants to know it means 'He who wishes, can' because Qui means who, and vult is 3rd person singular for wants, and potest is also 3rd person singular for can or be able.

Seems very surprising to me, I was expecting you to be the most outgoing person on campus :L

I always get A* and I am the fastest in my class to do translations. I can almost read through one at reading speed and know what's going on. Why I am good at Latin no-one knows :P

LOL, Latin. I somehow got an a* in GCSE despite really not doing well. The exam mistakes may have helped though.
