Yeah, the repeating pattern in the clouds is there because I suck at photoshop... The original image was smaller so I had to magically uncrop it.

Actually, it's one called Docky. Pretty sure it's not the same as AWN. It is a very nice dock.

Ubuntu's got some new interface called Unity.....it's meh. I think it would work a lot better on netbooks but it's kind of annoying on larger screens. It's kinda slow in places too. Thankfully you are still presented with the option to switch to GNOME on startup, since I like GNOME.
