Just picked this up on Friday.  Minor front fender damage that should be pretty easy to fix.  The internals and important stuff is all in check.  Drives awesome.

btw nice Vette Scrap.  I didn't see you post that.  Needz trucknuts.

My parents have decided that my old 'Chamy ain't the best car for a learner driver. They're so goddamn overprotective. Well, in all fairness there aren't any airbags...or crumple zones...or ABS...or inertia seatbelts. But let's be honest, when you aren't relying on all that bubble-coating, you drive a car differently. But at any rate, I'm doomed to be consigned to an '02 Corsa or something.

This is my second MR2.  Rear engine cars FTW.  My old white one was in a hit and run.  Running cusco coilovers and I have another inch and half of drop left if I want it but I already scrap on my drive way as it is.  Current ground clearance 1.8 inches. I blew the water pump a few months ago and im waiting on some parts.  We are preping it for a 3vz-fe motor swap out of the lexus es300.  First we need to finish my brothers RX7 drift build that is running with a ford 2.3 turbo motor.

Nice MR2!  I was thinking about lowering my Scion TC, but I will likely run into the driveway scraping problem as well.  What gen is the RX7?  I have a 2nd gen that I am bringing back from the dead (for the second time).  2.3 Turbo has gotta have some nice sized balls to it in that chassis.  I won't ever give up my 13B NA in mine though. I love how smooth it purrrrrrrs.  <3 <3 <3

This may have some obvious answer, but why would someone put a 4-cylinder 2.3 Ford into an RX7 that would normally have a rotary engine? Less expensive parts would be my only guess...

DP.

All right, here's one...

(Edited out the number plate and my big bro's ugly face)

This was quite a few years ago, probably circa. 2004, when my dad was still building it. (note the lack of Windscreen etc.) This is a Gardner Douglas MK3, the kitcar based on the AC Cobra 427.

It has a 6.3 litre Chevy V8, with around 450 horsepower, and a fully fibreglass semi-monoque. All about less than 1000kg.

It's like a little racing car, with double wishbone suspension and Toyo tires.

Oh, and it even has Autometer gauges; the ones from the NASCARs <3

Also pictured, my Mum's old Hyandai Santa Fe. A lovely car, shame we don't have it any more.

Ok, fine. I'll go have a look around and see if I can get my grubby hands on a pic of my dad's car...

I'm 13. What the heck do you think? :L

yes
How you make Alarm Clock Pizza is:
Step 1: You buy an alarm clock from the store, and then you have to break it and put it in the sauce.
Step 2: Fold the sauce in 5 slices and put it in the dough.
Step 3: Paint the eggs with a pitcher of a clock showing what time you want to wake up and eat pizza for breakfast.
Step 4: Put the eggs in the dough.
Step 5: Make it flat into a round shape and draw the time you want on it.
Step 6: Put some old steel to prevent other peple from stealing it.
Step 7: Make it flat and cut into 60 slices 1 for each minute in 1 our.
Step 8: Put in the oven set the timer to 30048813.2884 seconds and put the temperature on 'Volcano' setting.
Step 9: If you think it is take to long, then get yor alarm clock and set it to now so that it will ring and you can take it out.
Step 10: Take it out uv the uvin wen it is redy and go to bed. In the morning eat pizza and also eat yor hands bi mistake.

Well, it depends on the situation, and whether you have a massive field :gawe:

The RX7 is a early N/A third gen.  1988.  The reason for the ford 2.3 is because it makes more power than the N/A 13b, much more low end torque and parts are waaay cheaper and easy to fine.  Keep in mind that this car is going to be out at drift events about every other week so we need parts and fast.  Once that motor goes though we might be switching to a N/A 1JZ.  A new diff is going in soon and we have the rear steering assist delete kit.  We just found a great deal on a new turbo and manifold to.  We just ordered some powered by max coilovers and should be here in a week.  We have little over a month to get everything ready for the first event.

The MR2 it step up for really hard autocross so that thing is all suspension work right now.  The coilover set up is a grey market cusco set up with deleted sway bars.  Really need to get some wide rims and tires though and a good fender pull.

Im also looking to pick up ether a 80's cressida or a celica supra and building a daily shakotan/bosozoku style car.  Tall exhaust pipes and all. ^_^

So I just bought a PT Cruzer... I don't know why, but it was cheap, low mileage, in good condition and I need a car. I'll post pictures of it once I pick it up. This also puts my robot stuff on hiatus for until I make more money.
