When you go to almost every live event in the UK (like me), you tend to realise how bad the robots in robot wars were compared to modern robots, such as Iron Awe 5. The only 2 british robots, capable of winning a compotition from robot wars are big nipper & terrorhurtz

Hm, there are actually a couple I can think of. Razer, Storm II, maybe Bigger Brother.

Razer is one of my favorites and I have watched it fight since it debuted I know the spelling

also you argument makes no sense, I said razor would be competitive in modern competitions that outlaw spinners (such as Roaming Robots) and you talking about a spinner?

The vestigial 'u' in 'favourite' is acceptable. It's the British way of spelling stuff (they tend to include 'u' in a lot of words).

I realized it was only the alternate spelling after I posted... I just had the spell checker swept it and then I coloured red anything it changed.

The lastest robotic combaton the TV in the UK (not repeats) was robochallenge on the gadget show, this is the only thing that I can see getting onto the screens again, & there is no way that it will ever have a TV program of its own

Right. Still, it'd be great to see a televised contest be hosted in the UK again sometime. I mean, technology's moved on a lot since then, so it'd be great to see a RW spiritual successor.
