im trying to get game sounds in to my RA2 videos which I have successfully done but the output videos are heavily distorted (Somebodys SnSnSnSnS sounds like an Earthquake) does anyone know the problem? I looked over the net and cant find anything

Go into your 'Sounds and Audio Devices' and to 'Audio' tab, and then adjust the volume down quite a bit.  The problem is that the sound is already amplified and not 'line-in', so you have to turn the volume way down to avoid over-amplification(distortion).

I have the exact opposite of that problem, I have to turn my volume all the way up and still have to turn it up to max on WMM.
ALERT- Another WS coming up...
