itd basically be the pokemon animes/movies except instead of "gotta catch em all" it would be "gotta build em all"

It would be about some toy designer guy from california starting up a competition for a bunch of engineers and sci fi enthusiasts to build radio control combat vehicles, armed with spinning things and pokey things, which they will then battle in a california convention center with absolutely no protection what soever. Oh yeah, and Mark Pauline will be there and he will make some people go def as usual. Then some British people do a thing and now its all over the world etc etc. Oh yeah and some kid gets kicked off a robotics team for having too much fun and some other kid tries to claim that boxes are robots.

I actually thought about putting some short movies together based on popular RA2 bots. For example:

*A SFTW movie - A movie about a robot that wanted to be the very best but ended up infamous for it's failures.
*Insult to Injury movie - A movie about a true underbot conquering mighty foes.

*PitA movie - A movie about a champion losing to a relative unknown, and its spiral into self-loathing, vowing that it will one day have its revenge on the world, until it finally gets promoted to a Global Moderator position and bans everybody, only to realise that if there were robot apart from itself, itwould have no competition anymore, so it relinquishes its power in order to take its place amongst its rivals, determined to prove once and for all time that it is truly the best.

Go for it; you really just need RA2, FRAPS, CS:GO, and 4 hours with nothing better to do.

A GTM movie would end up like a mix of a comedy, action, drama, and documentary. Oh, and horror if Jonzu's fetishes get included.

As for RA2 itself... It would be a really sh**ty independent film that goes straight to DVD, but only one person not involved with GTM even watches it.
